mbm was established in 2002 providing quantity surveying services. Our services have grown to include tax depreciation, asset and building consulting and technical advisory services on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects. These services have been further enhanced by the acquisition of Apex Property Consulting Pty Ltd in November 2011. We are now able to deliver asset registers, condition assessments, capital expenditure and forecasting via iOPS™ (Integrated Online Property Solutions). This assists our clients in making decisions on a single asset or a portfolio wide basis.

Our projects range from small residential refurbishments to multi-billion dollar social infrastructure projects. From initial project inception through construction and post contract operations, mbm has considerable experience with a diverse range of clients in government and private sectors.
