Benefit:
The development of new service delivery methods including advanced logistics solutions using robotics, advanced IT solutions through Integration Engine and Helpdesk providing automated updating of clinical and non clinical systems, MBM advised on the commercial arrangements for energy savings and implementation of tri-generation and renewable energy sources, implementation of a new workforce model using Patient Support Assistances to support clinical functions and allow nurses to focus on delivery of clinical care.
