	Directors Technical Advisors Senior Quantity Surveyors Senior Quantity Surveyors Selma Avdic Selma joined MBM in 2004 and holds the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor. Selma’s project experience includes industrial, commercial, retail, recreational, hotel developments and large scale residential developments. She also has experience in aged care and health projects. Selma's current major project is the Rio Tinto fitout projects (4 seperate buildings) in Brisbane CBD ($90 M). Andrew Chew Andrew joined MBM in 2007 and currently holds the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor. Andrew has been involved in the construction industry since 1968 and his experience includes supermarkets, shopping centres, commercial/office buildings and industrial developments. Andrew is currently involved in a range of office-fitout, commercial and residential developments. Bachelor of Construction Economics (Hons), University of Technology, Sydney   Dip of Building – RMIT, Melbourne Dip of Quantity Surveying – RMIT, Melbourne Nathan Jaganathan Nathan joined MBM in 2006 and holds the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor. Nathan's involvement in the construction industry since 1992 includes 7 years experience in Australia. His experience as an engineer has been an asset to his cost management work. Nathan is currently involved in a range of industrial, commercial and hotel developments.   Tony Chow Tony joined MBM in early 2007 and holds the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor. Tony's involvement in the construction industry since 1988 includes 17 years experience in Hong Kong. He specialises in Industrial/Specialist Buildings and Office Buildings. Tony is currently involved in a range of industrial, commercial and residential developments.
