Janine Chapman |
Janine has 13 years of strategic facilities, asset, contract management, and tendering experience in hard and soft FM services. As a facilities management specialist she has delivered services in hospitals, correctional facilities, transport infrastructure and corporate, aviation, 5 star hospitality, industrial and retail facilities, nationally.
Janine possess detailed knowledge of contracts negotiation and administration, subcontractor procurement and management, OH&S, fire and essential services, environmental and statutory compliance, works specifications development, interpretation, and operation and management of performance based contracts for Qantas Airways Limited, EDS Australia and numerous FM service providers.
