Andrew is an Associate Director with over 28 years of international construction industry experience.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Natal, South Africa, Andrew partnered in quantity surveying practice for 19 years with experience in commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructural projects. In 2019, Andrew relocated to Australia and cemented his position as a leader of MBM’s Queensland presence. Andrew supports a high-performing team of dynamic quantity surveyors to deliver cost advice on a wide variety of public and private sector projects.

Andrew drives client value through his engagement throughout entire project lifecycles. His expertise extends across all aspects of quantity surveying and includes cost planning, bills of quantities, feasibility studies, life cycle and whole of life costing, insurance replacement cost analysis, preparation of procurement documentation, contract administration, dispute resolution, and the project close out phase including independent certifier roles.

Andrew propels the success of industrial, commercial, residential building, general building, fitout, and infrastructure projects for retail and mixed-use developments, multistorey apartment buildings, office parks, and residential estates. With a broad scope of knowledge, he also contributes to education, health, and civic sector developments.

Andrew commits to furthering his expertise through industry engagement as a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
