Edna came to Australia at the age of 17 and completed a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Honours), a Bachelor of Construction Management, and attained her status as a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS). Since joining MBM in 2016, Edna has played a key role in the growth of our Melbourne office through the professional mentorship and development of team members. Edna specialises in the provision of cost planning and management services across the scale of greenfield and brownfield developments. In addition to her extensive experience leading the cost management of Victorian health projects, she also has a background in leading significant developments across the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.

She is highly experienced in delivering projects under an array of procurement routes including lump sum, public private partnerships (PPP), construction management, and design and construction. Edna demonstrates a strong awareness of industry trends to effectively meet the evolving needs of clients and support the development of communities across Victoria. Edna is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS), the past – and first female – President of the Victorian and Tasmanian chapter of AIQS, and spearheads MBM’s Victorian presence in partnership with fellow Director, Lee Williams.
