As the national Head of Bidding, Gabriela utilises dynamic leadership to meet MBM’s evolving requirements in the fast-paced construction environment.

Gabriela approaches the development of departments, people, and processes with quality enhancement as the foundational goal. She solves diverse professional challenges with her versatile skillset and ability to interdepartmentally guide, delegate, and mentor teams. Gabriela utilises communication to determine stakeholder expectations, nurture long-lasting client relationships, and team development opportunities.

Gabriela is consistently recognised for her capacity to quickly build proficiencies and exceed performance objectives. She has successfully led the expansion of MBM’s bidding team since joining our organisation in 2021, in addition to the redevelopment of processes for the improvement of administrative efficiencies.

Gabriela frequently undertakes professional development courses to advance her technical knowledge. She is currently completing her Justice of the Peace accreditation and achieved two bidding certifications in 2023.
