Ivy Chen supports MBM’s clients through the delivery of comprehensive quantity surveying services. She is highly experienced in budget establishment, feasibility analysis, detailed cost planning, and post-contract management. In addition, Ivy also has experience supporting expert witness commissions, including the preparation of quantum reports, cost evaluations, and assistance in dispute resolution and negotiations. A specialist in commercial fitout, hospitality, residential, and education sector developments, Ivy builds lasting client relationships by focusing on the unique requirements of each project and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Ivy played a key role in the success of the Allianz portfolio of 15 workplace fitouts across Australia and also completed 12 successful office fitout projects for an American Multinational Technology Company across Australia and New Zealand. She has contributed to major projects for Allens, PwC, ING, Ernst & Young, Google Australia, Chanel, Aware Super, and Charter Hall. Ivy graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Project Management (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney and an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business Management. She is an active member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) and is committed to continuous professional development.
