Jayne leads a dynamic operations team to deliver professional services across Australia as MBM’s National Operations Manager.
With over 20 years of experience, Jayne directs the development of MBM’s internal culture and drives improvements across the scale of national operations. She oversees the creation and maintenance of internal systems, procedures and professional development opportunities, while managing the Administration, HR, and IT departments. She collaborates with the Director team to achieve business objectives and strategies.
Jayne implements operational change management to support MBM as our organisation scales to the next phase of commercial growth. Working closely with the Executive Finance Manager and Heads of Bidding and Marketing, she focuses on enhancing the operational business model in consultation with other senior leaders to ensure alignment with MBM’s short and long-term goals.
Jayne graduated with a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from Macquarie University, and previously completed a Diploma of Leadership and Management.
