Sam has over 8 years of experience in the construction industry.

He graduated from UTS and UNSW, completing a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property. He’s well versed in all aspects of Quantity Surveying, including feasibility analysis, detailed cost planning and measurement, as well as contract documentation and administration, cost reporting, and cash flow management. In addition to his Quantity Surveying experience, Sam has industry experience as a Contract Administrator and an Estimator having worked for a Builder specialising in commercial, hospitality, institutional and heritage sectors.
