Bringing 5 years of experience, Sophie leads the delivery of cost management expertise across MBM’s commercial, education, residential, health, and hospitality projects.

As MBM’s designated expert in benchmarking and analysis, Sophie develops cost models for the preparation of preliminary $/m2 cost plans based on benchmarked data.
She leads successful projects utilising her holistic proficiencies in all areas of quantity surveying and 5 years of national construction industry experience

Sophie drives the effective execution of MBM’s education, commercial, health, residential, and hospitality projects. She ensures precisions throughout projects of all scales, and her experience in major developments includes PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) National Workplace Fitouts, the QT Hotel in Perth, and Nepean Hospital Stage 2.

Sophie graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property (BCMP) from the University of New South Wales. A talented cost manager, Sophie received several accolades during her tertiary studies including the Head of Construction Management and Property Program Prize, the 2017 Built Environment Undergraduate Dean’s Scholar Award, and the 2018 Built Environment Undergraduate Dean’s Scholar Award.
