Cardinal Freeman Retirement Village Works

MBM is supporting Levande and Cardinal Freeman with defect rectifications across buildings 2 to 7.

The project deliverables include the demolition of the existing double storey aged care building, the construction of an apartment (ILU) building (44 apartments), a community area space, and a basement car park (50 car spaces) on the existing Ashfield retirement village site.

MBM is providing full quantity surveying services from concept design to the post construction stage.
