Glebe Mid Rise Housing Development

The innovative Cowper Street project, comprising eight stories of social housing, draws inspiration from the architectural heritage of historic woolstore buildings and the renowned Victorian terraces that define Glebe’s landscape.

The envisioned project aims to introduce 75 contemporary dwellings nestled within the vibrant heart of the inner city. This diverse development includes three studios, 40 one-bedroom apartments, 27 two-bedroom apartments, and an additional five three-bedroom terrace homes tailored for larger families.

Titled “The Prince’s Quarter,” the development signifies a profound partnership between the Prince’s Trust Australia and the New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC). This collaboration promises not just residences but a testament to inclusive urban living and community integration.
