St George Hospital Redevelopment – Stage 3

MBM delivered cost management advice on the third stage of the St George Hospital and Community Health Services campus redevelopment.

The redevelopment provided a new Integrated Ambulatory Care Precinct with outpatient services, an ambulatory care unit, day surgery, high volume short stay (HVSSS) unit with refurbished operating theatres and new beds, increased sub-acute inpatient beds, a new day rehabilitation unit, and associated medical imaging facilities. MBM provided a full suite of cost management services during the planning and delivery stages of the project including business case, budget estimates, cost planning, cost reporting, value management, and more.
