Toyota Australia (TMCA) Moorebank Training School

MBM provided full quantity surveying services to Toyota Australia for the construction of a car training school and a high-end office fitout for the auditorium / training rooms.

The project consisted of a two-level, high-end office fitout overlooking a modern training school within a 5,000m2 warehouse setting. The scope included five training rooms (180m2 each) with accommodation for 12 students and a car. Three training rooms are separated by operable walls when opened, allowing the space to turn into an auditorium of over 500m2.

MBM provided full quantity surveying services inclusive of a tax depreciation schedule and an asset register.
