Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Sydney team. The successful applicant will assist in the delivery of services within an established team, with supervision from Management.

The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2-4 years’ local experience in a Quantity Surveying role and will have the following attributes:

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail

The salary range for the position is set between $80,000 and $100,000 and will be determined based on the candidate’s level of knowledge and experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience working in Australia as a client-side QS
  • Graduate of an accredited Quantity Surveyor degree course
  • Previous experience working for a client-side Quantity Surveying Consultancy, providing the full range of project experience and the duties performed for all major projects
  • Experience in using CostX and Excel
  • Corporate members / candidates working towards accreditation of AIQS or RICS preferred
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
